Maintenance of EHV Lines & Substations:
Our maintenance division provides scheduled servicing and emergency response for extra high voltage systems. We handle equipment replacement at substations, swap defective insulator assemblies on energized lines, and perform systematic cleaning and washing of conductors and apparatus to ensure optimal performance.
Comprehensive Line Patrolling with Thermal Imaging:
Our certified personnel conduct detailed inspections of EHV infrastructure through both aerial and ground-based surveys. Each system component undergoes meticulous examination, with all defects documented through digital photography and reported to utilities. Advanced thermal imaging technology identifies overheating points in electrical connections, enabling data-driven preventive maintenance planning. Our skilled crews are equipped to rectify detected issues promptly.
Punctured Insulator Detection (PID):
Using advanced live-line diagnostic technology, we identify faulty insulators within strings without de-energizing the system. Our specialized equipment generates comprehensive graphical analysis for each insulator unit, precisely pinpointing defective components.
Stub Strengthening:
We restore corroded tower foundation stubs up to 765 kV voltage class using proprietary treatment methods. This rehabilitation process extends foundation service life by 10 to 20 years, ensuring structural integrity of transmission infrastructure.
Erection & Stringing of HTLS Conductor & Towers up to 765 kV Transmission Lines:
We specialize in the installation and stringing of High Temperature Low Sag (HTLS) conductors for ultra-high voltage transmission systems. Our expertise includes the complete erection of transmission towers and precise conductor stringing for lines up to 765 kV capacity. HTLS conductors enable higher current carrying capacity while maintaining minimal sag, making them ideal for modern high-capacity power transmission networks.
RTV Silicone Coating:
We apply specialized silicone coatings to insulator surfaces using precision spray technology, enhancing creepage distance by over 40%. This treatment suppresses leakage currents, surface discharge activity, and pollution-related flashovers. The hydrophobic coating repels contaminants, exhibits superior self-cleaning properties, and withstands harsh environmental conditions. It remains unaffected by ultraviolet radiation, corona activity, chemical exposure, saline atmosphere, temperature extremes, or corrosive elements. The coating eliminates the need for insulator washing even in severely polluted areas, is environmentally safe, and improves transmission system reliability while supporting resource conservation.
